TikTok is developing a template option that enables creators to allow others to use their posts as templates for creating videos.

When users tap Post from mobile and then Use a Template, they can access dozens of templates with customizable backgrounds and fonts to create and share a post.

The most significant change is that all videos under 15 minutes will now be uploaded as Reels. When these videos are under 90 seconds long and public, they will be eligible to be recommended to more people on Instagram. T
