YouTube is rolling out Stickers on Shorts Ads. The platform will automatically generate images from retailers’ product feeds and overlay them on Shorts ads. Viewers can tap the sticker, which will display a product carousel and a "Shop Now" button.

Why It Matters: Just like adopting features from TikTok and Instagram Reels, YouTube is adding comparable ad features from its competitors as well. Stickers provide an interactive component that taps into the fun nature of Shorts and encourages viewers to explore and purchase products.
