LinkedIn Experiments with Removing the Video Tab in Some Countries
LinkedIn is rolling out its full-screen video design in the feed globally after testing it for the past two months.
In addition, LinkedIn will begin testing different video placements, and in some countries, the Video tab and the Videos for You experience may be temporarily removed from the app. If the Video tab is removed, the My Network tab will be moved to the left to replace it, and a Post button will be added in the middle.
Gyanda Sachdeva, LinkedIn’s VP of Product Management, shared in a LinkedIn post:
"As part of this, you may notice some changes in how you access video, depending on the country you’re in. In some countries, the video tab may temporarily be removed from your app as we test and learn what works best."
