Instagram's Send a Preview feature has been spotted again. It allows creators to share a preview of a Reel with friends before posting, which also generates a draft of the Reel. Unlike a published post, previews can't be commented on or reshared.

Instagram confirmed it's testing new insights for Reels. Building on last week's spotted Carousel insights, creators will soon be able to see exactly when viewers hit "like" during their videos.

Instagram’s Edits got another trio of updates. Creators now have access to more Reels insights, including new followers and accounts reached, as well as the ability to sort Reels by likes, comments, and saves.

Instagram has a new Suggested Fixes feature.

Instagram partnered with The Weeknd to showcase its new unlockable Reels feature. The singer shared a Reel from his upcoming movie, Hurry Up Tomorrow, that can only be accessed with a code.

Instagram is now showing view counts for both posts and Reels on the grid to more users.

Instagram is testing new Reels filters: “Latest” and “Most Viewed.”
