Last November, Nike introduced NikePlus Unlocks, a personalized membership feature in the Nike App that provides members with upgraded experiences and access to exclusives. Now, it is rolling out a new set of benefits and perks for NikePlus members, which are focused around the company's new partnerships with Apple Music, Headspace, and ClassPass.

Members that engage with the Nike+ Run Club or Nike + Training Club apps and achieve various milestones in a given month have the opportunity to be rewarded with any of the following: a one-month Apple Music subscription, access to Headspace, a guided mediation and mindfulness app, and free ClassPass class credits. Nike hasn't revealed any specifics of how much one would have to use their apps in order to achieve these rewards, but it's likely it would have to be fairly often.

There are also personalized Unlocks such as the Birth Month promotion. During a member's birthday month, they may receive discounts that last the entire month, gifts such as a one month ClassPass subscription or even courtside tickets to their favorite team's home game.

Plus, the exclusive shop for NikePlus members has been refreshed. For the entire of month February, NikePlus members have access to five new shoes including the Nike Kyrie 4 iD, an exclusive Nike Zoom KDX and the Nike Epic React Flyknit in White Fusion.

If any of these NikePlus Unlocks interest you, head over to Nike for more information and to sign up.

Being a NikePlus member and a heavy user of the Nike+ Training Club app, it's exciting to see that there is the potential to get rewarded for being a loyal user. Hopefully, some of the other major apparel brands take note and offer something similar. It certainly seems like a good way to encourage app engagement as well as a way to get people to try out an app.

Stay tuned for any future NikePlus Unlocks.
