Instagram has added a new way to reorder photos and videos in Carousel posts. After uploading content, users can select a 'Reorder' button that shows smaller thumbnails of all the items. Users can then tap and drag these thumbnails to adjust their sequence.

Why It Matters: Currently available for some accounts, it simplifies and speeds up the process of arranging content in Carousels. Before, users had to drag and drop full-sized images, making it more time-consuming and difficult to position content precisely.

This update is part of a series of improvements to the Carousel feature, such as including up to 15 photos or videos, mentioning specific media in Carousel comments, and, most recently, sharing Carousels with images of different sizes.
