YouTube Expands Access to Community Posts, Adds New Features

YouTube is making Community Posts, its text post feature, available to all creators. Previously, creators had to have a minimum of 500 subscribers to use Community Posts. Now, they are available to all creators who can access them by enabling Advanced Features in the settings of YouTube Studio. Alongside the expanded accessibility, YouTube has rolled out new features for Community Posts, including Image Polls, Quizzes, filters, and stickers.

Through broader access to Community Posts, YouTube enables more creators to leverage the benefits of the feature, such as increased reach and deeper audience engagement and interaction. The feature provides creators with the opportunity to connect with audiences outside of video uploads by sharing behind-the-scenes content, soliciting feedback, raising awareness for upcoming and existing videos, and more.
