LinkedIn Launches ‘Create Video’ Newsletter to Help Users Elevate Their LinkedIn Video Content

LinkedIn

LinkedIn announced a new video-dedicated newsletter called Create Video.

Hosted by the LinkedIn Guide for Creating account, the biweekly newsletter includes “video best practices, inspiring examples, product updates, and behind-the-scenes insights to help start or elevate your video creation journey on LinkedIn.”

In the first edition, LinkedIn shares general best practices for video content—such as keeping videos between 30 seconds and two minutes and leading with a strong hook to capture viewers' interest. It also highlights recent feature launches, including full-screen video on desktop, video in search results, and nano learning courses.

Why It Matters: With a steady stream of new video features being tested and rolled out, LinkedIn’s official video newsletter is another push to encourage users to embrace video content.

From best practices and real-world examples to product updates, this newsletter is worth subscribing to for anyone looking to start or improve their LinkedIn video strategy.

If you’re still not convinced why LinkedIn Video is a major opportunity for creators, marketers, and brands, I wrote a piece on why it’s the biggest untapped opportunity in social media right now.
