YouTube Adds AI Features Transform & Dream Screen for Posts

YouTube / Dream Screen for Posts

YouTube has introduced two new AI-powered features for Posts: Transform and Dream Screen.

Transform suggests ways for creators to adjust the tone or length of their posts. Creators can choose from styles like Shorten or Rephrase to tailor their text. This feature is available in English for creators with Post access in the U.S.

Dream Screen enables creators to generate custom images by tapping the “Create an Image” button and entering a prompt. This feature is also available in English and can be accessed by creators with Post access in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, and Australia.

Why It Matters: YouTube continues to integrate AI tools to support content ideation and creation. While most AI features have focused on video, these updates expand YouTube’s capabilities to Posts, which have grown increasingly prominent over the past two years.

With Transform and Dream Screen, creators can now enhance their Post content directly on YouTube—adjusting text styles and generating images—without needing third-party apps like ChatGPT or DALL-E.
