Today, Spotify announced it has updated Spotify Premium, the app for its paying subscribers. The update is the result of the music streaming platform looking to find "ways to provide the best possible methods for people to discover and enjoy the music they love."

Starting today on iOS and Android devices, Spotify Premium subscribers will see the following new features:

Streamlined navigation:

Spotify has streamlined navigation, making it easier for users to find what they want. Users can find recommendations on Home, discover new music through Search, and revisit their favorite songs, albums, playlists, and podcasts in Your Library.

Personalized search:

The Search page has been redesigned to be a "one-stop destinations for artists, albums, podcasts, and more." It’s personalized with Top Genres for users at the top of the screen, which will reflect whatever genres users are currently listening to.

Endless Artist Radio:

Taking a page out of Pandora's book, Endless Artist Radio gives users an endless playlist based on one of their favorite musicians. In addition to being updated regularly, the playlists are downloadable and can be played offline.

Earlier this month, Spotify introduced Spotify For Podcasters, a podcast dedicated portal.
