PayPal Redesigns Its Mobile App To Focus on the Customer Experience
PayPal has announced it has redesigned its mobile app in order to focus on the customer experience as well as make the sending and receiving of money easier.
In a blog post by John Kunze, who is the VP of Global Consumer Product & Engineer, the company revealed that the revamped app includes a streamlined design that makes it easier for customers to view their balance and get notifications, Send and Receive money buttons on the homepage for quick access, and personalization features such as photos and contact lists.
The redesigned app is starting to roll out for Android devices in select markets while a version for iOS devices is expected to be available in the near future.
