Conor McGregor is launching a new clothing line
Conor McGregor may have lost to Floyd Mayweather in the "fight of the century," but the MMA fighter is racking up wins outside of the ring.
Today, he announces the launch of his own menswear clothing line. The new venture finds him teaming up with designer David August, who was behind the infamous "F*ck You" pinstripe suit he wore during the Los Angeles stop of the Mayweather-McGregor press conference tour.
Named August McGregor, the line will feature suits, shirts, and accessories in the price range of $500 to $1,200.
In a press release, McGregor said:
"Fashion is something that I am truly passionate about, and I am excited to share exactly that with my fans by giving them a chance to share my iconic looks. We casually chatted about doing a line together, but we finally got serious over the past several months. I know the public will love what lies ahead.”
August McGregor is scheduled to officially launch in 2018 with a summer/spring collection that will consist of 10 looks. It will be available for purchase via augustmcgregor.com and in select stores.
Menswear isn't the only new business venture McGregor is working on. Shortly after his professional boxing debut, he announced that he plans to "take over the Irish whiskey market" with his own signature alcohol called Notorious Irish Whiskey.
