VSCO Launches Galleries Feature to Enable Creators To Organize Photos By Projects and Themes

VSCO / Galleries

VSCO has introduced a Galleries feature, enabling creators to organize their photos by projects, themes, topics, and more. Creators can name their Galleries, add descriptions, and generate shareable links.

These Galleries are accessible through a dedicated tab on creators' profiles. Additionally, profiles now include a Recent tab, which displays all published posts in chronological order. The Collection tab, which shows a feed of reposted content, has been renamed to Reposts for better clarity.

Why It Matters: Galleries offer creators a flexible way to curate and highlight their work, whether by photography type, theme, or specific topics. This is especially useful for securing photography jobs through VSCO Hub, the platform’s new creator-brand marketplace, providing an enhanced way to showcase their portfolio to potential brand partners.

VSCO recently revealed that it has reached 200 million users and has become profitable, mainly due to its Pro membership. This subscription provides access to AI-powered editing tools, Spaces, VSCO Hub, Galleries, and more. Since launching last year, VSCO has gained over 160,000 subscriptions, which now constitute about 25% of its revenue.
