TIDAL Unveils New Sharing Options For Instagram & Facebook Stories
TIDAL recently unveiled new social sharing options to allow users to share their favorite content from the app to social media.
Users on iOS and Android devices in the 53 markets where the app is available, can now share audio and video content to Instagram and Facebook Stories.
When users share audio such as a song or playlist to Instagram and Facebook Stories, it will appear as an image. On the other hand, when users share videos such as a music video or concert footage, it will show a 15-second preview in Instagram Stories and appear as a still image in Facebook Stories. When viewers tap on that content, they will be taken directly to it in the TIDAL app.
"We see members every day sharing their favorite TIDAL content across social media," Lior Tibon, COO, TIDAL said in a press release. "With TIDAL's leading video catalog, it became a priority to better showcase the content and assimilate into other popular apps– we're proud to continue leading the way for video content amongst our peers."
