In January 2026, Lindsey joined IZEA as Vice President, Creator Strategy & Innovation, where he builds culture-first creator marketing strategies for brands.
Before IZEA, he worked as an independent consultant and spent nearly six years at Later, holding several strategy and innovation roles, most recently as Associate Director of Influencer Innovation. There, he helped build creator marketing programs for brands like PayPal, SharkNinja, HotelTonight, Tyson Foods, Fanatics, Chobani, and Burt’s Bees, while helping them navigate emerging trends across the creator economy.
He writes a self-titled newsletter that helps marketers and creators navigate the creator economy by breaking down what’s happening, why it matters, and what it means for them. The newsletter has been named one of the best marketing newsletters by Buffer for three consecutive years and was featured as a go-to resource in HubSpot’s 2025 State of Marketing Report.
Lindsey is a frequent speaker, having presented at the Meta Creator Monetization API Summit, MIT Platform Strategy Summit, Awin Global ThinkTank, Adweek’s Social Media Week, Ad Age Small Agency Conference, Influencer Marketing Show (NYC & Europe), Brand Advocacy Summit, AMA Higher Education Conference, Midwest Digital Marketing Conference, and many more. He has also guest lectured at UCLA, Loyola University Chicago, and the University of Missouri–St. Louis College of Business.

A 2010 graduate of Bryant University, Lindsey earned a degree in Communication and was recently honored as part of the university’s inaugural 40 Under 40 class. He was also a student-athlete, playing running back on the football team, where he earned First Team All-NE10 honors, the New England Football Writers Gold Helmet Award, and a Phil Steele Preseason Division 1 All-Independent selection.
